Perennial Land Care is a licensed corporation providing full service landscape construction and grounds maintenance. As President of PLC, Jon Kolish manages the daily maintenance operations. Donald Teal is the CEO and manages the construction arm of PLC. Barbara Teal is the CFO of Perennial and handles all the financial operations for PLC. While Perennial Land Care is a sizable company, the principals are totally involved in the daily operations of PLC.....thus helping to ensure the quality and timeliness of projects.
